How it started?
Browsing land plots through traditional listings and documents made it difficult for users to understand location, availability, and plot details at a glance. The experience lacked spatial clarity and required unnecessary effort to compare options.
The Solution
We designed a web experience centered around an interactive map that allows users to visually explore all available plots, zoom into specific areas, and instantly access key details for each land parcel. The interface prioritizes clarity, speed, and spatial awareness, enabling users to confidently select and inquire about plots directly from the map.
This solution proved scalable and successful, leading Eskan Bank to reuse the same interaction model across additional housing and land projects.
